Delivery

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and a further 14 days to return the item to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note, we cannot accept returns if the product has been cut, had any type of finish applied to it or has been installed.

We do not cover the cost of return shipping.

All orders are delivered free to mainland UK. 

UK Deliveries will typically arrive within 3 - 6 working days.

Deliveries to some areas of Scotland and Cornwall, typically have a delivery time of 6 – 9 working days after purchase.

Samples will arrive within 3 - 6 working days.  If you are not available, a card will beleft and you will need to liaise with the delivery courier for re-delivery.

Please note, dispatch is when your order is collected by the courier, not when it arrives at your door.

Returns

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).

    We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

    Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    European Union 3 day cooling off period

    Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

    Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
