The A100 components are available in four colours from stock.

All profiles are fully colour co-ordinated to ensure the finished product has a high aesthetic value. In addition to supplying the full range of steel components, and associated accessories required for the manufacture of sliding doors, we also offer the specialist tools required to fabricate the doors.

A101 Stile   Asymmetrical profile with a curved front edge to act as the finger pull. L: 5200, W: 34, H: 26 10

Provides for clean lines and a contemporary feel.

Designed in a 10mm option, glass panels require a rubber gasket and 8mm MFC panels require a plastic packing.

Side stiles for the A100 series are drilled at both ends using a two stage drill bit and jig to accept the assembly and adjustment screws.

Each door requires one stile.


A102 Stile   Symmetrical positioned profile with strong vertical accent lines. L: 5200, W: 34, H: 34 10

Complete with indentation finger pull.

This is the most popular of the aluminium profiles.

Each door requires one stile.   


A103 Stile   Fully symmetrical profile. L: 5200, W: 34, H: 35 8

Specifically designed for room division applications.

An exaggerated indentation to both front and back provided easy operation form both sides of the door.

Each door requires one stile.   


Top Rail    The A100 top rail fits on the top of the sliding wardrobe door. L: 5000, W: 20, H: 18 20

This component has an internal void to accept the assembly screw.

Each doorup to 1000mm wide requires 0.2 rail.


Bottom Rail    The A100 bottom rail fits on the top of the sliding wardrobe door. L: 5000, W: 18, H: 53 10

This component has an internal void to accept the assembly screw. Additionally the bottom rail have a void to accept the bottom roller mechanism.

Each doorup to 1000mm wide requires 0.2 rail.


Universal Connector H Bar   The A100 Universal connector H bar is used to create split panel doors. L: 5000, W: 13, H: 23 20

The A100 version has fluted detail to the front face and a flat finish to the back face allowing for different styles of door to be made from the same component.


Top Track  The A100 top track is E shaped and attached to the top of the wardrobe framing assembly. L: 5000, W: 80, H: 44 8

There are two channels for the doors to run in. 

As the doors are bottom rolling, this component serves to stabilise the doors.

Universal and colour co-ordinated, this component in is required for all A100 sliding wardrobe door installations.   

Single top track is also available.  


Bottom Track  The A100 bottom track accepts the bottom rollers of the doors in the wardrobe framing assembly. L: 5000, W: 64, H: 8 12

There are two channels for the doors to run in. 

As the doors are bottom rolling, this component should be installed on a flat and level load bearing surface.

Universal and colour co-ordinated, this component in is required for all A100 sliding wardrobe door installations.   

Single top track is also available.  


Roller Track  The A100 bottom roller is spring mounted in the bottom rail assembly of the door, preventing the doors from leaving the track. N/A 100

The roller pack contains two twin ball bearing top guides and two ball bearing bottom rollers inclusive of assembly and adjustment screws for the A100 door. 

The guides use Abec 5 bearings and rubber coated to roll smoothly within the top track channels.

The wheel uses an Abec 5 bearing and is chamfered to roll smoothly within the bottom track channels.

All A100 bottom rollers are weight rated to 50kg. 

Each door requires one roller pack.


Angle Channel and Guide  The angle channel and guide assembly allows angled door to run with little to no engagement in the top track. N/A 1

The angle channel is fixed to an 18mm internal shelf - preferably 100mm below the start of the angle and twice the width of the finished door.

The angle guide then engages in this channel supporting the outer edge of the door. 
       


Aluminium Gasket Aluminium Gasket is applied to all glass panels used in the construction of the A100 series sliding doors. N/A 4mm / 190m roll and 6mm / 100m roll

Available in two sizes for both 4mm and 6mm glass.
       



Brush Strip Brush strip is applied to the sides of the doors to minimise impact when the door and wall come into contact. N/A 2250mm

Dense pile self adhesive and available in grey only. 
       


Assembly Hole Plugs Opaque plastic plugs for the assembly holes on the aluminium system. N/A 100


Bottom Positioners Metal clip spring to insert in the bottom track to prevent the doors rolling. N/A 100

Suitable for use when the doors are installed on a slightly uneven surfaces.       


Soft Close Mechanism The soft close mechanism similar to that found on soft close draws, prevents to the door slamming and closes it gently. N/A Boxes of 4 / Cartons of 100

A top track peg is supplied to be fitted in the top track channel according to the enclosed instructions.


Drill Jig and Step Drill The drill jig and step drill allows for accurate positioning and machining of the assembly holes required for the A100 series. N/A 1
